The Accommodations link on the left will provide you with the information needed for you to make your hotel reservations by phone, fax or online.
The main reservation link and line will be used to handle all reservations. The hotels should not be directly contacted. This way the best hotels at the best rates will be made avaliable to all. The reservation agents will assign hotel as avaliability is opened. You can use the form above to block rooms with the Housing Chairman as early as possible. We will primarily be using 3 major hotels. The Heaadquaters hotel will be the DoubleTree Downtown. The Horse Patrol will headquarters at the Embassy Suites. Embassy Suites will also be the 1st choice as a overflow hotel and the Hyatt. Once these are full we have advised the reservation agents to provide rooms at other hotels that are located near downtown or the EXPO center where most activities will take place.
